5/21 Funder Vertical Transmission Teleconference
On May 21st, FCAA hosted a special funder briefing with UNAIDS and Johnson Johnson: "Towards Virtual Elimination of Mother-to-Child Transmission of
HIV."
More than 20 funders dialed in to learn the main challenges in scaling up efforts to prevent vertical transmission (also known as the prevention of mother-to-child-transmission or PMTCT), as well as to share information, priorities and
current and future commitments to address PMTCT among foundation
colleagues.
