FCAA & The Funders Network to co-sponsor Tides Africa Fund Briefing 7/13
The Tides Foundation will be hosting a funders briefing on July 13th, 8:30 am - 12:00 pm in support of the recent release of their new report:
Making the Case for Integration: Tides Foundation's Africa Family Planning and HIV Integration Fund. The report is published by Tides Foundation with support from The William and Flora Hewlett Foundation.
Co-sponsored by Funders Concerned About AIDS (FCAA) and Funders Network on Population, Reproductive Health and Rights (Funders Network), the briefing will include a discussion of the findings detailed in the report and next steps for the HIV/AIDS and family planning integration field. Serra Sippel, President, Center for Health and Gender Equity (CHANGE) joined the group to present ideas on rethinking the links between international and domestic integration efforts. Melanie Havelin, Executive Director, John M. Lloyd Foundation facilitated the funder dialogue.
