Position Summary: The Ms. Foundation for Women seeks an exceptional individual with strong program management, fundraising, community organizing for policy change and training skills for the position of Program Officer working on our health programs. The Program Officer will bring a keen understanding of reproductive health, rights, and justice that includes work on HIV/AIDS and sexuality education, connecting these with broader social justice issues. The Program Officer will manage grant making and programmatic activities that support new constituencies to engage in organizing and policy efforts for reproductive rights and sexuality education across diverse communities; strengthens HIV positive women’s leadership in community outreach and organizing on this issue. S/he will actively engage in donor cultivation, networking and fundraising to maintain and increase resources for this work as well as represent the Foundation in key donor and practitioner venues.
