FCAA program lifecycle
2021 was the first year of our current strategic plan. Our strategic pillars of INFORM, CONNECT AND SUPPORT brought our member-led approach to life like never before. It also helped solidify our Program Lifecyle – our member-led approach to program design.

Members are absolutely essential to ensure the Program Lifecycle works effectively. There are multiple entry points for members, each vital to moving the process forward. Here are just a few of the ways members can engage:
- Identify speakers and topics for convenings
- Submit data for resource tracking
- Log on to an FCAA Connect webinar
- Attend the FCAA Summit
- Join a Working Group
- Utilize the material and tools developed as part of this process in your own work
- Share stories, grantees and resources that FCAA can amplify as best practices
